How do I place an order?+
Choose a product from the catalog and click ‘Order’. Or call us — we'll confirm stock, delivery, and process the order in 5 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash, bank transfer (UAH), USD, USDT. For legal entities we work with or without VAT. For large orders we accept 30% prepayment + balance on delivery.
How much does delivery cost?+
Within Odesa — from UAH 1,500. Across Ukraine — calculated individually by weight and route: a 20ft container is usually UAH 4,000–8,000, a 40ft — UAH 6,000–12,000. Solar panels — Nova Poshta on a pallet, from UAH 600.
Can I inspect the item before buying?+
Yes. Containers — at our yard in Odesa: come, open, check condition. Solar panels — we show them at our showroom or send full photos/video of the specific batch.
Is there a warranty?+
Containers — 6 months on the structure (no through-corrosion, lock integrity). Reefer unit — 12 months. Solar panels — factory 25–30 years. Inverters — 5–10 years. LiFePO4 batteries — up to 10 years or 6000 cycles.
Do you install solar systems?+
Not directly — we're a supplier, not an installation company. But we can recommend trusted contractors in Odesa and other regions, vetted by our clients.
How long does a reefer container last?+
The body — 15–25 years with proper maintenance. The refrigeration unit — 8–15 years, then major overhaul or compressor replacement is possible. In Europe, 12–15-year-old reefer containers are actively used after refurbishment.
Do you deliver across all of Ukraine?+
Yes, across all controlled territory. Containers — by our own manipulator or low-loader, 1–5 days. Small items — Nova Poshta, 1–2 days.
How can I be sure this isn't a scam?+
We've operated officially since 2015, with a physical address and yard in Odesa — you can visit in person before paying. We sign a contract, issue all documents, and accept bank transfers to the company account. For high-value items the standard flow is: you inspect the unit or receive detailed photos/video of your exact item before payment.
Can I pay in installments or in parts?+
Yes. Standard flow for containers: 30% prepayment to reserve, the rest on delivery or pickup after inspection. For repeat clients and businesses we discuss individual terms. Installments via a partner bank are available for solar equipment.
What documents do I get with the purchase?+
Sales contract, invoice, delivery note, acceptance act. For businesses — a full package with or without VAT per your tax system. For the reefer unit — technical passport and service history if available.
What if the item arrives different from the photos or defective?+
Before shipping we agree photos/video of your exact unit with you — you pay for what you actually saw. If the condition on receipt doesn't match what was agreed, you record it in the act and we resolve it: replacement, repair at our cost, or refund. With pickup you inspect the item before paying.
