Refrigerant leak repair by re-brazing and R-134a recharge — Star Cool
A Star Cool Integrated R-134a reefer was losing refrigerant through a leak in the cooling circuit. We located the leak with a soap test, re-brazed the joint, pressure-tested for tightness, evacuated the system and recharged it with R-134a. The unit holds temperature again. Keypad and LCD display replacement on a Thermo King MP-3000 controller
The reefer arrived with a dead control panel: the membrane keypad contacts were burnt out and the LCD display had faded beyond legibility. We replaced the keypad membrane and the LCD module, then tested every mode — the unit holds its setpoint again and is fully controllable from the panel.

Refrigerant leak repair, fan replacement and R-452A recharge on a Thermo King unit
The reefer wasn't holding temperature because of a refrigerant leak. We located the leak on the coil with an electronic detector, replaced the condenser fan and the filter driers, evacuated the system and recharged it with R-452A. After a load test the unit was back on setpoint.

Low-pressure switch replacement and R-452A recharge on a Thermo King unit
The unit wouldn't start — the low-pressure protection kept tripping because of low refrigerant. We replaced the low-pressure cutout switch (genuine Thermo King part 414473), recharged the system with R-452A and ran the unit under load to verify.
