Item Type: Copper-brazed stainless steel plate heat exchanger (high pressure profile).
Materials: Premium corrugated stainless steel plates permanently brazed together with pure copper for outstanding thermal efficiency and resistance against harsh compressor vibrations.
Package Includes: Sealed plate heat exchanger block + original factory-molded styrofoam jacket (acts as the immediate anti-condensation thermal insulation shield during onboard installation).
Application: Functions as a liquid line subcooler/economizer setup. It significantly subcools the liquid refrigerant flow moving toward the main expansion valve, boosting net cooling capacity and decreasing compressor power demand during deep-frozen trips.
