Insulation for Ukrainian winters
Mineral wool or PIR/PUR 50–100 mm, vapour barrier, no thermal bridges. The module is fit for year-round living and work.
Up to 24 months warranty
On welds, insulation and finishing. Wiring and plumbing carry separate terms set out in the contract.
Paperwork & bank transfer
Contract, specification, work order, delivery note, VAT tax invoice. We work with companies, sole traders and individuals.

Fabrication
Welding, opening cut-ins, insulation, wiring, plumbing and finishing at our Odesa shop. Lead time from 7 days.
Delivery & install
We deliver the finished module by crane truck, set it on site and connect it to utilities. Handed over with work order and warranty.

Shipping container conversion in Ukraine — SunCold
SunCold runs its own shipping and reefer container conversion workshop in Odesa, delivering finished modules across Ukraine. Since 2018 we have turned standard 20, 40 and 45 ft containers into living cabins, offices, security checkpoints, insulated and cold stores, retail kiosks and shops with storefronts, shower and sanitary blocks, technical rooms (boiler rooms, pump houses, server rooms, genset enclosures) and stationary cold rooms built on reefer containers. We cover the full cycle: cutting in window and door openings, insulation with mineral wool or PIR/PUR boards 50–100 mm and a vapour barrier, electrical installation (sockets, lighting, distribution board, cable entries), plumbing (water supply, sewage, water heater), interior and exterior finishing, painting, floor replacement, roller-shutter and signage fitting. A separate workstream is joining two or three containers into one large space with frame reinforcement for warehouse, production or office use. We work with your container or supply a donor hull from our own stock. The finished module is delivered by crane truck or low-loader and installed on the client's site. Warranty up to 24 months on welds, insulation and finishing. We work with VAT-registered companies, sole traders and individuals — full paperwork and bank-transfer settlement.
